Order Papa John's delivered to our hotel room after a long day of sightseeing. My order was delivered to the 28th floor of my hotel within 15 minutes. This is not an exaggeration. My jaw must have been on the floor when I answered the door because the delivery man just laughed.
The food was hot and good. And definitely the least expensive meal I had this week. -

I wanted a late night snack so why not order some delicious pizza(so I thought)I placed an order for pick up; the gentleman who took my order was friendly and polite but towards the end he says its about $17.00 for a medium cheese pizza see you in 15 minutes?
I thought I heard wrong but he again says the total is about $17.00 I asked him why is it that much for a medium pizza he says because they are located by the falls but if you order from another location itll be cheaper?
Honestly whatever I was just hungry I said I'll see you in 15 minutes but I wish I went else where to eat
When I arrived at my hotel I opened up the box and the first thing i noticed is the pizza's crust is burnt...the crust was hard as a rock but me being hungry I was lazy to go back and complain so i decided to eat the pizza.
The pizza had NO FLAVOR and had a weird smell I cant even say what the smell was, what a complete waste of money and not only that shortly after eating the pizza my husbands stomach and mine started hurting and that lasted for a full 24 hours.
Dont eat here
We truly believe our pizza was not made fresh to order but in fact we believe its pizza that's already been made and has been sitting for who knows how long and just reheated!!
SAVE YOUR MONEY
This pizza effected two healthy adults after consuming I can only imagine what this effect could have done if one of your children decided to eat it.

We've dined in at this Papa Johns, there are a good number of seat, the place was clean and lots of in and out.
We've waited a bit, for our orders to be taken as they didn't see us. We ordered our pizza, the pizza was average we had the Hawaiian pizza and the Buffalo Chicken. The Hawaiian pizza tasted better than the buffalo chicken as the sauce was too sweet.
Pricing was high but we were in the tourist area, so that's not a breaking point. The gratuity has already been added to the bill, however, as a fast food place there's not much service provided to justify for the gratuity in my opinion.
I don't think I'll be coming back again. -

Way too many bugs when I was waiting for a pizza!
Food was excellent but I was grossed out by the amount of flying insects in the kitchen. I'd suggest a surprise visit by corporate. Sorry not sorry. -

I'm trying to comment on the Papa John's in Niagara falls NY but it's not an option BUUUTTT it's owned by the same TERRIBLE, RACIST and DESPICABLE person. The pizza, well EVERY SINGLE ITEM is 3xs over charged. A 20 oz pop is... THREE DOLLARS and a slice is just short of$5!!! So just imagine the cost of an actual pie. As you eat it, you can just know n tell that they DO NOT FOLLOW corporate rules/standards. The dough is EXTREMELY DRY, the veggies are not fresh like their commercials PROMISE...(I'm going by the other papa John's I've eaten at that were just totally opposite in quality). Had pizza n bread sticks delivered, all of it was of course cold , the sticks.. COULDN'T EVEN EAT THEM due to the fact that they were extremely BURNT . Get this..I knew someone that worked there..the owner gives ALL the hours to his relatives, they even have a special chair so they're nice n comfy as they sit on their ass on their phones while they tell the white people what to do!! My friend even saw IN PERSON one or more of the owners relatives WASHING THEIR FEET, ARM PITS, FACE AND CLOTHES IN THE KITCHEN SINK!! I'm getting nothing from leaving such a review but I feel I should share such TRUE info with people who pay lots of money to eat out...DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
